Pro Mic Technique

• Avoid moving the microphone during phrases. Set your distance, then maintain it.

• Sing straight into the microphone’s capsule. Don’t be angled.

• Don’t cover the microphone with your hand.

• Place a pop filter 1 inch from the mic to limit plosives

• Don’t use an “eyeball” to avoid excessive isolation and overloaded mic capsules.

Don’t enclose your mic with a Kaotica Eyeball or similar.
