Pro Mic Technique
- Avoid moving the microphone during phrases. Set your distance, then maintain it.
- Sing straight into the microphone’s capsule. Don’t be angled.
- Don’t cover the microphone with your hand.
- Place a pop filter 1 inch from the mic to limit plosives
- Don’t use an “eyeball” to avoid excessive isolation and overloaded mic capsules.
